Arctic Farmhouse No 1

DESCRIPTION

We love saisons and farmhouse ales, and here is the first release in our new Arctic Farmhouse series.

This one is brewed with a large amount of Norwegian malts and fermented with kveik. We also added good amounts of sea buckthorn and some seaweed during the brewing process. Fruity and tart aromas and taste.

INGREDIENTS

Water, malted barley from Rogaland, wheat, oats, sea buckthorn from Hopsgården, seaweed from Skjerstadfjorden, hops, kveik from Eiterheim.
Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
Serving temperature 4 - 6ºC.
